HOW TO BEGIN

If you are new to CrossFit we run a "baseline" for all those interested in joining.  The baseline is a brief introduction to CrossFit, an overview of the uniquenesses of HCCFIT, and we will take you through a short workout that gives you a glimpse into constantly varied, functional movement carried out at high intensity.
