Tempo Push Ups 3x5
**the tempo on the chin ups will be a fast pull up, 3sec pause, then a 3sec descent to the bottom. The tempo on the push ups will be a 3sec descent, a 3sec pause with the chest slightly touching the floor (not laying down), then a fast push up.
