**No mixed grip, no hook grip, no belt. After each rep you will lower the bar under full control, let go of the bar and stand up to completely unload the muscles. Then you will grab the bar again for the next rep. The goal of this workout is to choose a weight heavy enough to challenge your grip and force you to engage all your muscles to stay braced the entire time.
