Welcome to RETEST WEEK! For those that remember, we tested 8 different workouts 12 weeks ago, and this is our chance to see how much we have improved. There will be a certain theme to each day's test(s). If you were not here for our original test of these workouts don't worry. These will still test your fitness and give you a great workout each day. After this week is over we will have another round of all new tests on the following week leading into our new cycle of training. We are really excited to see all of your progress and are anxious to help you reach all your fitness goals!
