This week we will be testing all modalities of our fitness. These test are performed so they can provide us a baseline of what we need to work on, and gives us an opportunity to retest after this next 3-month cycle to compare our progress. We will be changing up the format of our programming as a gym. This new format will allow us to get back to the roots of what CrossFit is all about while helping us learn more skills for our daily lives.
