Welcome to Retest Week! This week we will get to see the results from all of our hard work these last 12 weeks. For those who haven’t been with us for long, we at HCCFit love to program Test and Retest week’s at the beginning and end of a training cycle to give us an opportunity to evaluate our fitness.
