100 Lunges with KB 2:1

100 KB High Pull 53/35

100 Russian Twist

100 V-Ups

100 Burpees

Once person working at a time.  While one person is working the other person is going to run 200M w/ Wallball.  Once the partner comes back from the run, the teammates will switch places.  So there is someone always running and someone always chipping away at the reps till all 5 Movements are complete.
