Every 5 Mins for 35 mins:

1) 800m Run + Max Strict Pull Ups  

2) 3 Rounds:

7 Power Snatches 115/85

15/12 Cal Bike

5 Burpees over Barbell

3) 3 Rounds:

200m Row

10 Overhead Squats 115/85

2 Rope Climbs

Complete first section in the first 5 minutes, second section in the next 5 mins and third in the 3rd 5 min portion.  Repeat cycle in 35 mins. If you finish the task in the given time then wait till next portion.
